Waterfront Training
The mark Warner performance pathway is a training scheme that offers on-going training for all our staff, both pre-season and in resort. The UK Sailing academy in Cowes and recognised British Waterski clubs provide the locations for the professional pre-season training which gives our staff the chance to gain further RYA and BWS qualifications. We also offer valuable management training for our senior staff members. Training also includes customer service and health and safety awareness.
I think the performance pathway is really useful because it’s based on our ideas, rather than those of someone who has sat in an office all their life and who has never walked on a beach. Basically we are calling the shots in our own training, which is really good.

Your ambitions are identified at the beginning of the season and are translated into targets, which you work towards during the season in designated staff training sessions. Senior staff encourage skills development and implement further training. Those of you who with the right approach can go from instructor level to waterfront management level in just a few seasons. Don’t just work – improve your ability with the Mark Warner Performance Pathway.
